After recognizing the market pressing need for a dynamic and effective approach to operation and maintenance activities. Maadin has created a specialized department for Operation and Maintenance works by early 1994, to cater for both residential and industrial complexes.

As a devoted Operation and Maintenance Department it has included in its structure the following characteristics:

	Workable preventive maintenance programs
	Craft training of technicians

Area Operation and Maintenance System

A highly qualified and competent team led by a resident engineer will be assigned to each project. or area of work.

The Operation and Maintenance procedure of each system shall be prepared and closely coordinated with respective manufacturers and shell comply with their manuals and procedures. These detailed procedures and practices shall be implanted to ensure proper and safe operation of all Electro-Mechanical plants and systems. Satisfactory performance of various components will be the team main objective.

Moreover, a thorough preventive maintenance program will be implemented in order to extend the working life of the systems and to avoid and eliminate sudden failure and interruptions.

Our strategy on area system of maintenance proved to have great advantages:
