The company is organized in three divisions:

	Structural Steel Construction Division
	Mechanical and Electrical Construction Division
	Management, Operation and Maintenance Division

Each division has its own engineers and technical staff, plant and machinery, cost control and planning, purchasing and quality control facilities. Support departments such as Administration, Finance and Accounting, and Logistics are shared by the three divisions. The division heads and the managers of support departments report directly to the managing director of the company.
